I have been wearing glasses for the past 25 years and typically visited well-known eye clinics in blr. While the doctors in those clinics were good, I was never fully satisfied with my glasses I received from the other clinics and shops, often experiencing discomfort with the specs or lenses. Recently, I visited New Vision Care based on a recommendation from a family member. It’s a small shop primarily for specs and frames, with a modest eye checkup facility that is easy to miss. Initially, I was skeptical about their service due to the size of the place, but despite the lack of fancy equipments and rooms, Dr. Nayana and Dr. Thara were EXCEPTIONAL. I also took my kids to see Dr. Nayana and Dr. Thara for their first eye tests. The doctors were very friendly and patient with my kids, making the experience comfortable for them. Both doctors are highly skilled and took the time to answer all our questions and clearly explained the findings. The thorough checkup were for two days to ensure the vision readings were accurate. As for the specs, Mr. Kishore, who manages the lenses and frames, was very helpful. Although the frame selection was limited, Kishore sourced the specific frame I wanted by contacting agents. I opted for their progressive lenses, which are similar to Kodak (note: i did not buy the Kodak brand). They do offer Kodak lenses, but at a higher price. I took their "buy one get one free" offer, though I found the cost of the progressive lenses to be higher than market rates. However, there was no pressure from the staff to purchase lenses from their shop. I received my specs a day earlier than promised, and the lenses were PERFECT! The vision test conducted by Dr. Nayana and Dr. Thara was spot on. I am very grateful to both doctors and Kishore. I highly recommend New Vision Care for their excellent service and outstanding doctors.
